We have been working with the MIT ESP team to develop their marketing strategy to establish the company as a global enterprise solutions provider. The first step was to enhance their social media presence and reach their target audience with a new and improved approach. Our content strategy was aimed at increasing the engagement frequency of Millennium IT ESP’s social media pages, which include FB, Twitter and Linkedin

Attracting the attention of a B2B audience in the information technology industry seemed like a hefty task but in order to achieve this, we mined the intent of their audience first. Then, we developed a content strategy that touched on organic as well as paid mediums on various platforms as our strategy ensured success since its inception.

Ensuring the Safety of Journalists in Sri Lanka With SLPI

The Sri Lanka Press Institute

The Sri Lanka Press Institute (SLPI) was created to provide direction and leadership in media related activities. Recognizing the fact that journalists carry a certain amount of risks in their profession, SLPI tasked us to develop a platform to track and report incidents around the country. The database captures the time, place, level of threat/incident and status of investigations conducted by the authorities with frequent updates

This platform will help raise awareness of such incidents and promote the safety of journalists.

CTR:

The Click Through Rate, or simply called CTR, allows you to view how many searchers clicked on your ad compared to the total number of searchers who saw your ad on the results page

Relevancy Score/Quality Score:

For an ad running on social media platforms and search engines, a score is provided based on how relevant the ad is for the search entry and how it correlates with similar ads.

Software as a Service (SaaS):

SaaS is often referred to as Web-based software since users can obtain services over the internet itself. This readily available software allows users to perform tasks without having to invest in developing new software for digital marketing purposes.

Urchin Tracking Module (UTM):

With UTM's, you can track where your traffic is coming from on Google Analytics by simply adding short pieces of code to your link, which allows you to track clicks and traffic from a specific social media post or campaign.
